In 2009, two astronomers came across a compound in the milky way called Ethyl Formate, which gives raspberries their taste and rum its scent. We used fresh raspberry flavor, rum aroma and a mineral finish to formulate Galaxy, a one of a kind flavor and a must-try in coffee, tea, refreshers, lemonade and more.
